Hsiang-Ling Chu

Hsiang-Ling Chu, a woman of boundless warmth and unwavering optimism, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2026. Hsiang-Ling, 76,  lived a life defined by her deep devotion to her family and her remarkable ability to find beauty in every moment.

Hsiang-Ling’s greatest joy was found in her partnership with her beloved husband, Roung-Chen. Together, they built a foundation of love that extended through generations. She was a guiding light to her children - Shelley and her husband Robert, Jenn and her husband Chris, Henry and his wife Leysan.

As a grandmother, she poured her heart into her seven grandchildren—Amber, Jillian, Leah, Cameron, Julianna, Isabelle, and Arielle—leaving each of them with cherished memories.

To know Hsiang-Ling was to know true generosity. She navigated life with a rare, infectious optimism that could brighten the darkest room. Whether through a helping hand, a comforting word, or her signature grace, she made the world softer and kinder for everyone who crossed her path.

Her spirit lives on in the laughter of her grandchildren and the enduring values of compassion and resilience she instilled in her family.

Hsiang-Ling will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love will remain an eternal bloom in the hearts of those who knew her.
